Position: Customer Service Administrator

Location:Hammond North Condominiums, Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $21 - $24/hour (based on qualifications and experience), plus annual bonuses

Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

What you will do as a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Function as a primary point of contact for residents and condominium homeowners.
  • Assist the Association Manager by providing administrative support such as drafting correspondence, compiling community mailings, and other clerical items.
  • Resolve customer service issues and provide continuous feedback to the Association Manager.
Who we are looking for:
  • Experience: Minimum one year in customer service and/or administrative roles.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with experience drafting reports and business correspondence.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Fundamentals: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Essentials: Holds a valid driver's license, has a reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
  • Compliance: Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
