THE ROLE - DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGERThe Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading social media and influencer campaigns that help grow brand awareness. This role also will be focused on optimizing user acquisition and retention day-to-day in partnership with our VP of Growth and our CMO. The ideal candidate has a passion for community engagement and the digital media landscape. This person should bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role. Social strategy: Works with VP Growth and our agency partners to define and manage Social strategy across various brand and innovation priorities. Leads organic social channel and brings creativity and fresh perspective on how to deploy the content we have, while creating new and engaging content.Influencer marketing: Leads our influencer strategy and runs programs through Aspire platform. Sets objectives for each campaign, and identifies and liaises with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place.Email and SMS marketing: Creates and manages digital marketing campaigns across email and SMS that amplify our messaging. Supports VP of Growth to ensure we are meeting channel objectives.Works closely with the creative team to ensure that ad creative aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences. Agile and focused on efficiency: Assesses campaign performance and provides feedback on optimizations to ensure plans deliver on KPIs, while developing insights for future campaigns. Conceptualizes and executes content briefs for new product launches and pillar products including but not limited to emails, sms, social, and ecommerce.Support VP of Growth in the management of media agency relationships to ensure strong synergies between media plans; optimizes across the different channels to drive day-to-day and long-term performance.KEY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 4+ years digital marketing experience in a fast-paced, startup environment Experience leading influencer campaignsA good understanding of Email, SMS, SEM, SEO, Display and Affiliate MarketingKnowledge of email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive repeat purchasesUnderstanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to analyze campaign performanceProven track record of developing multi-channel digital campaignsProficient and up-to-date knowledge of key social media platforms and best practicesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDigitally savvy and highly curious about new digital trendsExperience with Klaviyo and Aspire platforms is strongly preferred Email at: [email protected]
