Job Description

Moneta is actively seeking Client Service Managers to join our Denver, Colorado financial advisory team office. In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs. Moneta provides the opportunity for long term career growth and professional development as you learn the foundational knowledge of wealth management.

As a Client Service Manager, you will work alongside the team's Advisors and Partner on a wide range of projects focused on the client's needs. Qualities that will help you flourish in this role include organization, flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. In everything we do, we focus on our clients and their needs to deliver the best possible experience.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist Advisors and Partner in daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
  • Assist Advisors and Partner with client review preparation
  • Research unique and complex situations as they arise
  • Establish a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and their Advisor
  • Implement Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems
  • Coordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
  • Populate and maintain systems data and client files
  • Verify client account cash balances, generate, and review monthly available cash report
  • Manage and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Work directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant, direct RIA industry work experience preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • This is a non-exempt full-time, salary position
