RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze, plan, initiate, and implement all applicable supply planning-related efforts to ensure on-time delivery. Master scheduling, bottleneck analysis, supply chain management. Examine inventory, sales, and/or production in SAP for strategic management of global supply chain planning purposes. Evaluate and plan the production plan to ensure on-time delivery and other objectives. Analyze, maintain, and drive production plan to ensure meeting customer requirements. Proactively identify bottlenecks or areas that would delay supply chain movement, delay production, and/or result in significant supply commit impact. Take actions to prevent delays and negative financial impact and involve other departments and management as necessary to resolve issues. Responsible for the timely and accurate development and completion of analytical projects associated with production plans, inventory and capacity planning. Keep up to date on materials and systems used by the company, and more broadly within the entire industry in order to identify trends and best practices that will allow the company to operate more efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS degree in business related field of study or equivalent training and/or experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, basic experience with ERP tools. High level of interpersonal skills, detail oriented, quality conscious, able to work independently and efficiently on various assignments, self-motivated, knowledge of systems structure, process oriented. Good written and verbal communication skills. APICS certification preferred. Qorvo will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorizations for this position.
