The Product/Operations Analyst will work closely with the Cone Denim division to support operational reporting and sales. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing reporting and analysis support to assist with operational planning, product development, sales, inventory control, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Supporting the product development team by handling product certifications, tracking development progress for the China region, and submitting fabrics for analysis.
  • Issuing reports such as daily sales, forecast, and Top 20.
  • Analyzing market and product trends for upper-level management.
  • Collaborating with sales to pull together business plan numbers, assist with budget and rollup for annual operating plan.
  • Working with customers to sell off-quality goods and help keep inventories down.
  • Assisting with presentations to upper-level management, sales, and product development teams.

Depending on the candidate's background, there are opportunities for exposure and responsibilities in other areas of the business.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a textile-related or business-related field, along with excellent math skills and advanced Excel proficiency. A solid understanding of textile manufacturing processes and fabric constructions is preferred. Previous work experience with reporting and analysis and proven success in detailed-oriented positions is also preferred.
