We’re looking for a product marketing manager to help drive new prospect growth and promote adoption of new features/products by existing customers. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing content that support our GTM strategies, and will partner with corporate marketing, product and sales leadership to ensure products meet demand gen goals and have compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate thrives on quickly shifting from speaking with customers and internal stakeholders to crafting persuasive materials to analyzing data and reporting on product metrics. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Work with the Senior Director of Product Marketing and Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop product marketing positions and content that supports our go-to-market plans, launch products and measure product KPIs Develop compelling, visually exciting content that is impactful for our business goals Keep abreast of the industry and competitive landscapes to help lead the development of competitive sales and marketing materials Assist in executing product launches and create sales materials that support key objectives Work with demand gen teams to ensure product value prop is integrated into our marketing positions Work closely the field to understand the voice of the customer and to maintain accurate persona profiles and messaging Report on core product KPIs and partner with sales and marketing to ensure goals are met What You’ll Bring: Product Marketing Essentials 5+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent experience, such as product management, content marketing, or sales/solutions engineering Understanding of product marketing, including crafting positioning/messaging and developing go-to-market campaigns Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background Communication & Collaboration Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Bias for action with the ability to adapt and move quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and deliver on-time Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines Technical Ability Experience working in TV Advertising Measurement is strongly preferred Strong ability to quickly learn about new industries and business segments What We Offer: Competitive base salary, bonus and incentive compensation Professional development budget with flexibility for personal and professional growth Company paid health insurance for employee, partner and dependents Unlimited PTO / Flexible time off If you don't feel you met every single requirement for the role, don't rule yourself out.
