A Director of Operations is committed to supporting the agents and staff in achieving extreme levels of success. As the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the business will be completed with high standards.

Responsibilities
•Recruit, train, and develop your team to serve your customers better
•Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
•Oversee all contracts through closing, assuring the collection of commissions
•Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
•Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
•Consistent agent updates and communication
•Oversight of contracts through closing
•Customer/Vendor relations beyond closing
•Schedule and plan seminars, events, and team outings
•Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential
•Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies
•Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods
Qualifications
•Manage all administrative team members - as appropriate
•Basic real estate sales knowledge
•Customer relations
•Highly trustworthy and vigilant in handling confidential and sensitive information
•Learning based
•Service-based attitude
•Proficient with multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)
•Proficient in working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
•Bilingual preferred (not required)
•Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
•Real estate license preferred (not required
•2 + years of service and management experience
•2 + years of administrative experience
•Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
•Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position
•Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
