medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, AD&D, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k), casual time off, and 11 paid holidays The Product Marketing Specialist will reside in Marketing and is responsible for ensuring the innovation and differentiation in Covered's products is clearly and passionately communicated to our business partners and end user consumer customers. They will work closely with our talented Product and Engineering (PEG) team to guarantee market feedback is integrated into product roadmaps. This person will drive excitement and awareness on all product, feature, and benefit marketing messaging and collateral. They will be responsible for providing market critical feedback (Voice of the Customer - VOC) to the Customer Experience Engineering team and will analyze and synthesize all customer feedback and surveys. This person will be responsible for creating marketing programs to launch new products and product functionality in partnership with their B2B and B2C marketing peers. Position Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product to understand and provide solutions from user experience perspective Manage a product calendar, scheduling the creation and planned release of each piece of content to align with major and minor product and functionality releases Conduct market analysis and trend research Bring awareness to Covered's product(s) through content, determining the type of campaign that needs to be done for each new feature/benefit Translate technical product details into benefits for Covered's partners and consumers Deliver marketing intelligence back to the product team Identify feature benefit as well as conduct competitive analysis Be a champion of the White Label experience and Covered API tools Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with partners and customers as well as differentiates our product from its competitors Manage surveys to directly collect feedback from the target audience to understand their characteristics, expectations, and requirements and report on surveys closed/won, closed/lost, and abandonment Other duties as assigned Experience and Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field 5+ years experience in a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role Background in design and copywriting is a plus Insurance industry experience preferred Experience in market analysis Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns) Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics) Creativity Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills Generous with time spent building relationships with team members, partners, and customers Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team Must value accountability and dedication to producing an excellent end result Essential Job Functions
