As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. Your responsibilities will include supervising the front desk staff, ensuring they are properly trained and delivering excellent service. You will also monitor performance, address any issues, and communicate guest requests or concerns to management. In addition, you may assist with guest room tours, concierge services, and special requests. What we're looking for

We are seeking candidates with basic reading, writing, and math skills. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests effectively. The role may involve standing for long periods and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Qualifications
