Java House specializes in the single serve cold brew coffee brewing and has come up with a quick, easy and revolutionary way to enjoy coffee. Our proprietary single serve pods are filled with liquid concentrate cold brew coffee that you just peel the pod open and pour it over hot or iced water, its that easy to make your coffee. No mess, no hassle and best of all you customize your coffee however you like. One pod with endless possibility - if you want a latte just add some milk. in the mood for cold brew coffee grab some ice or if you just want cup of hot coffee weve got you covered. Java House is giving consumers the freedom to enjoy coffee however they want with the versatility to meet todays consumers needs.

Today, Java House is a leader in cold brew coffee with a strong food service and online business. We are looking to aggressively grow our presence into office coffee space and have developed key strategic partnerships to help unlock the potential of this channel.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Java House Brand Manager will develop marketing plans, ensure brand standards and driving execution of key initiatives to achieve growth targets. This role will work closely with the sales organization to ensure alignment of key priorities, campaign development and tracking of performance. The position will require collaboration with key cross functional partners and alignment of team members. We envision office in the near future will have Java House single serve pods as part of their employees beverage solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support sales team in developing and executing go-to-market plans to drive brand growth, increase market penetration and build the Java House brand.
  • Develop marketing planning calendar to drive brand awareness, office loyalty and end account retention.
  • Keep leadership team informed of marketing plans and balance business objectives with stakeholder demands.
  • Define product value proposition to deliver compelling sell story.
  • Lead localization of brand tactics in different regions, share best practices and learnings across sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments to achieve sales and acquisition targets.
  • Work collaboratively with sales organization fostering a collaborative high performance culture.
  • Ensure brand design, messaging consistency and on time delivery of asset needs.
  • Develop and manage marketing budget to ensure efficient spend allocation.
  • Work with available analytical tools to develop market segmentation and identify opportunities.
  • Utilize data driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on consumer trends, market dynamics and the competitive landscape.

QUALIFICATION

We are seeking a highly motivated business professional with qualifications that include:

  • Strong marketing skills, including expertise in go-to-market execution and brand development.
  • Collaborative team oriented mindset, be a respected leader within the broader organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize effectively.
  • Flawless execution and agility to quickly pivot based on changing business demands.
  • Skilled in working with outside agency partners and in-house design team.
  • Ability to manage efforts in a fast paced environment and take charge
  • Be a proactive learner and manage projects and teams with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrate passion and creative growth mindset to explore new ways of thinking and challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
  • BS/BA in business, marketing or related discipline required. MBA preferred.
  • 1-3 years previous experience, ideally with CPG or Office Coffee products background
