Today, Java House is a leader in cold brew coffee with a strong food service and online business. We are looking to aggressively grow our presence into office coffee space and have developed key strategic partnerships to help unlock the potential of this channel.


ROLE DESCRIPTION


The Java House Associate Brand Manager will assist in developing marketing plans, ensure brand standards and driving execution of key initiatives to achieve growth targets. This role will work closely with the sales organization to ensure execution of key priorities and tracking of performance. The position will report to the Brand Manager of Office Coffee and be part of the marketing function.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Execute go-to-market plans to drive brand growth, increase market penetration and build the Java House brand.
  • Assist in developing marketing calendar, social activation, website updates, collateral design and production, and implementation of overall planning tactics.
  • Work collaboratively with sales organization, key marketing point of contact.
  • Databased control and lead sourcing management.
  • Graphic design, ensure brand standards and on time delivery of asset needs.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns working closely with Brand Manager to develop KPI metrics..
  • Ownership and expertise of key data collecting tools.
  • Trade shows and event planning.


QUALIFICATION


  • 1-2 years previous experience, ideally with CPG or Office coffee product background.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, keep team informed of progress.
  • In depth analytical skills, ability to pull data and develop subject matter expertise.
  • Craft tracking reports to share with sales organization to share learnings and insights.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to manage through the collaborative nature of the organization.
  • Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment to capitalize on growth opportunities.
