The responsibilities will include financial close assistance, account reconciliations, analysis, audit assistance, other duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Follows established guidelines and identifies and resolves problems. • Prepare, and post journal entries. • Support internal and external audit requests. • Account reconciliations and research on discrepancies, financial statement analysis, evaluating operational and accounting processes. • Assist and support with month end, quarter end, and year end closing and reporting tasks. • Assist with annual physical inventory and periodic PP&E inventory. • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting, and financial regulations. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and others to identity and achieve best practices. • Assist with special projects and backup other accounting team members when scheduling issues arise. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Years of Experience • 1-3 years experience • Superior knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy. • Must be analytical and problem-solving • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects / priorities and meet deadlines • Solid technical accounting knowledge. • Experience with ERP systems Preferred Qualifications: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle and feel, as well as reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
