We're seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL on a hybrid basis. (The accounting team appears in office on Wednesdays).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Responsible for daily cash reconciliation of bank accounts
• Responsible for preparation of month end bank reconciliations
• Prepares journal entries, reviews general ledger and related financial statements for reasonableness within set deadlines.
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules and ensure that prepaid expenses are in accordance with corporate policies.
• Assist in month end close: prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and preparation of month end journal entries.
• Assist in the preparation of month end reporting package to be submitted to the corporate office.
• Back up invoice processing.
• Manages electronic files.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient with MS Office Suite Products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision making and organizational skills
• Ability to perform processing duties with minimal supervision
• High degree of professionalism and personal presence
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally, and provide exceptional service, both internally and externally
• Industry software experience a plus (Dynamics and Workday)
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
