Asset Manager

Duties:

Ensure strict compliance with all projects governing documents including Power Purchase Agreements, Hedge Agreements, O&M Agreements, Interconnection Agreements, land leases, Financing Agreements, and LLC Agreements as well as ISO/RTO regulations; Communicate regularly with counterparties and respond promptly to all customer requests; find and implement a solution quickly and effectively; Prepare and review annual budgets and monthly and quarterly performance reports and investigate and explain variances; Assist accounting and analysts on financial administration for operating projects including billing and revenue collection, invoice tracking, settlements etc.; Coordinate with power marketing and development teams to register and commission new assets; Prepare quarterly and annual regulatory filings as required; Collaborate with the operations engineering team to evaluate and suggest improvement for operational performance; Contribute information and analysis to contract negotiations during development, operational improvement initiatives, merger and acquisition activity or legal issues Work on an as-needed basis with Development, Operations, Legal, Finance, Permitting, and Accounting.

Requirements

:

Bachelor’s Degree or its foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Physics or Engineering

and 36 months of experience in asset management positions in the US energy industry. At least 36 months of experience in each of the following skills: (i) provision of R&D efforts in the energy industry; (ii) troubleshooting RTAC, RTU and SEL devices; (iii) managing inventory control in the context of procurements, supply chain and logistics; and (iv) monitoring operating sites through SCADA, PI Vision and DAS.

Other: Remote work is permitted. Work must be performed during regular business hours in the Easter and/or Central US time zones.

Hours: 40 hrs/week, 8 am –5 pm
