Position: Quality Engineer III

Job Location: 860 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086

Duties: Develop and execute software test plans and Test cases in order to identify software problems and their causes. Perform manual testing and test automation for Micro services using Cart, Checkout and Pricing Engine, test environment setup/teardown, defect logging and verification. Develop test cases and test suites. Perform end-to-end testing for features which need integration testing with different systems including COMS (Customer Order Management System), IMS, FMS, Promotion Engine, CASPR, and ROVR. Define, create, and maintain automation test data and golden data set as needed. Continuously re-evaluate the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules. Perform inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of finished products. Debug Prod Issues to find the root cause. Fix the bugs. Develop microservices using Spring Boot and Java Framework.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Position does not require specific years of experience but requires listed skills.

Skills required: Experience coding in an object-oriented programming language including C++, Python or Java to write the test automation scripts and to fix the bugs. Experience with TestNG and Rest Assured frameworks to develop Test Automation Framework. Experience with Relational and NoSQL Databases including Cassandra DB. Experience designing and implementing micro services using Java Spring Boot. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for application deployments. Experience monitoring logs using Splunk, Grafana and Dynatrace. Experience testing and troubleshooting using Charles Proxy, Xcode, and android studio to test mobile applications. Experience with Client Server architecture and Mobile Systems Architecture. Experience with defect management tools including Jira. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $141,107/year to $202,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
