- Collaborate with leadership, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to address inspection discrepancies, manufacturing nonconformities, and quality management system issues.
- Resolve nonconformance and documentation challenges, support Quality Management System policies, and engage in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders to promptly address obstacles and ensure timely delivery and receipt status.
- Lead Astra's Pre-Ship review process to validate compliance with customer specifications and achieve the highest quality standards.

- Standardize the execution of Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEAs) and the development and implementation of control plans.
- Conduct regular build quality assessments to ensure design intent is met and effectively communicated.
- Define electrostatic discharge (ESD) and cleanliness standards and control processes within the manufacturing environment.
- Assist production and engineering leadership in identifying opportunities for risk mitigation and simplifying designs and processes to enhance manufacturability.
