Our Oil and Gas Client in Houston, Texas is looking to add aStrategic Sourcing Analystto their team This position offers hybrid flexibility after the training period. The Ideal Candidate will have at least 8 years of recent experience establishing contracts for indirect procurement sub vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate agreements for the indirect materials
  • Support demand planning and market analysis to present to stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationships across all markets in order to determine cost effective strategies
  • Create and negotiate contracts for long term agreements to support company initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • 8+ years establishing and managing the contractual agreements
  • Strong communication skills
  • 5+ years utilizing SAP or SAP Ariba
