The candidate will offer support to the Property Management Department and Senior staff in their duties of the company's property management assignments. Duties and Responsibilities Monitoring tenant receivables and pursuing collections and report on progress. Assisting with vendor performance tracking, contact, scheduling, etc. Prepare vendor contracts as directed. Initiate vendor service calls and warranty related service calls. Follow up on service calls including scope and service performed. Review coding and description of vendor invoices pursuant to operating budget for PM approval. Maintaining lease/vendor files - Electronically. This includes Certificates of Insurance and enforcing reporting requirements per the lease agreements. Request documentation from the tenants. Assist with any other duties as needed. We offer the potential for growth for anyone interested in the property management or real estate field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Strong customer service skills. Strong skills in data entry, bookkeeping, generating reports and tracking ongoing projects. General understanding of commercial leases. MS Suite of software knowledge and experience in windows-based software and apps required. Previous experience in Commercial Property Management/Real Estate required. General knowledge and experience with Yardi Software required.
