PingWind is seeking an experienced Web Designer with 7-10 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analyzing and optimizing business processes, with a preference for experience and expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Online. This role involves gathering and analyzing customer requirements, designing workflow automation, and contributing to knowledge management.

Responsibilities

•Coordinate and participate in gathering customer requirements.

•Analyze business processes and their integration with technology, identifying areas for improvement.

•Translate end-user requirements into specifications for SharePoint solution design and development.

•Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for websites, including layouts, graphics, and user interfaces.

•Design webpages, landing pages, and occasionally, mobile application interfaces that align with the company's branding and customer needs.

•Ensure responsive design for all devices and screen sizes.

•Develop and enhance UX and UI to improve site interaction and functionality.

•Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and implement design improvements.

•Contribute to internal business processes for SharePoint customizations, including documentation, requirements gathering, testing, and development of best practices.

•Design workflows to automate steps and notifications in business processes.

•Research and analyze new technologies for practical incorporation.

•Suggest and implement continuous business and work process improvements.

•Work closely with web developers, marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective design strategy.

•Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

•Secret security clearance

•A minimum of 7-10 years of professional web design experience.

•Security+ certification.

•A strong portfolio of previous work that displays an in-depth knowledge of web design.

•Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).

•Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.

•Knowledge of front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript is preferred.

•Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

•Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

•Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

•Time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

•Knowledge of best practices in security, performance, and scalability for SharePoint deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

•Must be able to obtain:

1. PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer

2. PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

3. PL-500: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
