The Customer Service Assistant is the first point of contact for our service customers. Service assistants work side by side with the Thompson Service Advisors, and handle the majority of our express maintenance appointments. The Service Assistant is trained with intentions of growing them into Service Advisors. This is a great position for someone looking to get started in an automotive career.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating and closing service work orders
  • Communicating repairs with clients and technicians
  • Preparing estimates
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering calls and calling service leads
  • Processing warranty claims
Requirements:
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team oriented fast paced environment
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate clients needs, and visit resolutions to a written work order
  • Able to learn new skills and adapt at times on the fly
