About the Role

Location: North America, Remote

We are seeking an experienced marketer to oversee customer marketing for Celsius retail segment, globally. This person will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns and programs designed to engage and add value to our retail audience and drive business impact for Celsius. This person will use data and insights to determine how to best use marketing channels and resources in order to develop campaigns and programs for this audience. They will utilize the Celsius marketing channels including campaigns, events, social, lifecycle, collateral, case studies and more. This person will analyze the audience in order to determine further segmentation that is needed. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist who has knowledge of all marketing disciplines and can quickly flex and pivot in order to drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Build & execute marketing programs / campaigns for the retail customer segment using insights and business goals using a test and learn approach

* Use data to inform decision making and influence stakeholders

* Use insights to develop effective marketing campaigns and programs

* Further segmentation of audience to deliver even more customized marketing programs / campaigns

* Partner with business stakeholder on goals; Execute programs through cross-functional teams

Qualifications

* 5+ years marketing experience in a generalist role

* Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and breakthrough marketing campaigns and programs

* Demonstrated knowledge of all marketing disciplines and experience developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results

* Demonstrated ability to plan strategically and pivot quickly to meet changing business needs

* Thrive in a fast-paced environment; Are a self-starter and have high-throughput

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent project management skills

* Excellent ability to partner across the business

* Knowledge and previous experience in the fi eld of crypto
