**As a Transportation Engineer/Project Manager, enjoy responsibilities that may include:**

* Project oversight including setting priorities and developing objectives, project financial management as well as hands-on involvement in the design process.

* The ability to serve as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team.

* Project engineering and management.

* Business development activities including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management.

**We are considering candidates to join our team as a Transportation Engineer/Project Manager, that meet the following basic qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum of 8 years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design.

* Knowledge of FDOT design and standards.

* PE license in FL.

* Experience in business development and project development processes, including marketing activities, client development, project tracking and proposal development.

* Project Management experience with the Florida Department of Transportation a plus.

* Staff management and proven leadership experience preferred.

* Experience with MicroStation, Open Roads Design (ORD), AutoCAD and Civil3D software is a significant advantage.
