Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture. Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results. Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers. To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. High School diploma or equivalent. It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 2+ years' experience managing, coaching or supervising team members. 2+ years' of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
