Responsibilities: Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program. Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful. Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members. Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available. Find entry-level agents with high growth potential via calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team. Assist in agent onboarding and be a support system for them while they go through our 90-day training. Maintain a growing email list with value add videos created by the team leader and plan fun events for the team. Qualifications: Great at time management and organization. Must have a college degree. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services. Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales. A desire to learn, grow and be a part of a team is a must. Compensation: $45,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
