Two Six Technologies is growing and we are looking for a

HR Project Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in executing annual People priorities and goals. In this role you will work collaboratively with our HR Business Partners, Leads across the Two Six Technologies People Team and Corporate functions, and Business Unit Leaders to drive specific HR programs/initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talent. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership while working directly for our Sr. Director of Human Resources to initiate, advance and ensure timely project delivery.

This is a hybrid position working out of our Arlington office.

What you will do:

Manage your time to support multiple HR projects simultaneously

Partner with our Sr. Director of HR to prepare for and participate in project deliverables and reviews, analyze and update project progress, and report out as requested

Support or lead schedule discussions in internal meetings

Track associated project budgets, update reports, identify issues and escalate or seek approval when necessary

Coordinate with vendors, Procurement, Finance and Contracts

Work with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and issues

Partner with project stakeholders to create HR project presentations

Manage project documentation and access in Google Drive, assuring all project related documents, presentations and communications are stored properly and easily located

Organize and manage HR project schedules and calendar creating a culture of accountability through transparency and collaboration

Provide administrative support to senior HR leaders related to projects you are leading or assisting

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

You Must Have:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or 4+ years of relevant experience

3+ years of HR and project management; skills include planning work, prioritizing, and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, time management, and delivering results with tight deadlines

The ability to develop and execute a comprehensive and effective communication plan for project roll out

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organization

Proven ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, in a fast-paced ambiguous environment

Advanced skills and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Nice If You Have:

Experience in the Federal Government, Technical or Cleared Industry

Experience with Paycom and/or Greenhouse

Project Management Certification
