Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or greater in Marketing or related field 8+ years of experience in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience; preferably in product management or product marketing management Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong research skills Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adept at multitasking with high attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills Responsibilities In this role, you'll report to the Director of Marketing, and will be responsible for developing positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation that ensures that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams stay aligned The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product marketing within the software industry, particularly with SaaS solutions Develop and execute the overall product marketing strategy for Docubee, aligning with business goals and objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape Utilize customer feedback and market insights to refine product positioning and messaging Craft compelling and differentiated messaging for Docubee, clearly communicating its value proposition to target audiences Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer personas to tailor messaging accordingly Lead the creation of high-quality marketing website content, in-app messaging, and marketing collateral, including whitepapers, blog posts, and presentations Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all communication channels Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features, product launches, and updates Work closely with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and materials for successful customer engagement Develop sales enablement materials, including sales guides, presentations, and training programs Provide ongoing support to the sales team with the latest product information and competitive insights Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on marketing performance and areas for improvement This position has no supervisory responsibilities but will mentor less experienced peers and provide team leadership This can be a work-from-home-based role in any of the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, Tennessee, and Washington Employees can also work from our Tampa, FL, Office if they wish Benefits This Senior Product Marketing Manager position pays a competitive salary commensurate with experience We also offer full-time employees a complete range of benefits, including Health, vision, dental, disability, life insurance, and health savings accounts (HSA and FSA) Free Medical and Dental plans are available for employee-level coverage Supplemental Benefits like accident and critical illness insurance Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Well-Being programs Paid time-off program is front-loaded post 90 days of employment 4-6 weeks of 100% Paid Parental Leave for expecting parent(s) of newborn or adoption parent(s) Bereavement, Jury-Duty, Voting, and Military Paid Leaves Full Training and Career Development reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement and E-learning courses are offered through Udemy, Pluralsight, and other sources identified throughout the year Stock option plan and 401K Matching A Social Committee dedicated to coordinating fun virtual activities for the team Experience a work-life balance that enables staff to feel more in control of their working life Opportunities to grow Generous Compensation #J-18808-Ljbffr
