How you'll make an impact
* Manages team of Financial Analysts in support of client needs.
* With more senior staff, develops and implements policies and procedures.
* Anticipates and provides solutions to the most complex financial analysis problems.
* Manages variety of ongoing financial analysis functions which may include day-to-day activities as well as more specialized financial analysis activities within a business unit.
* Collaborates with Sales and Account Management teams to provide underwriting, marketing, and/or benefit plan analysis and support.
* Performs financial analysis and oversees financial analysis performed by team of analysts on behalf of clients, and provides consultation to clients around analytical findings.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business. 6+ years related experience required. Ability to translate financial& Insurance concepts. Strong technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent analytical skills.
Preferred: Insurance and Finance experience highly preferred. Master's degree desirable.
