Responsibilities:
Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
Educate potential customers about the advantages of community solar and how it can reduce their energy costs while supporting clean energy initiatives
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door outreach, community events, and referrals
Conduct initial consultations with potential customers to understand their energy consumption patterns and determine their eligibility for the program
Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their energy needs and preferences
Assist customers with the enrollment process, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating communication with utility companies
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and enrollment status
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Represent the Goldman Team in a professional manner and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and environmental sustainability
Qualifications:
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
Compensation:
$75,000 yearly
