Overview: Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients. We are seeking a Business Information Technology (IT) Senior Strategist to support service transitions for the client’s IT Service Management Branch.

Responsibilities:

Schedules & attend all meetings identified in the onboarding plan.

Responsible for tracking tasks in the onboarding project plan, risk management with process owners.

Review, deconflict schedules, tasks, processes with onboarding lead and process owners.

Creates innovative solutions to problems involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components. Leads team on large complex projects.

Maintain and sustain seamless communication of onboarding developments and requirements and their impact upon program vision/goals/objectives.

Tracks and reports regularly on key service deliverables throughout the delivery of the new service.

Works closely with key stakeholders to support the design and implementation of Service Request, Incident, Inventory Management and Billing processes, helping document the relevant work instructions and knowledge documents in place.

Supports end user testing activities, participating in testing, and also coordinating test activities.

Analyzes data on the existing user base and provides supporting information to feed into migration and remediation plans.

Builds good relationships with all the stakeholders involved in delivering the service, including service suppliers.

Supports the delivery of service-related documentation and Information for new services prior to go live including service level agreements, service hierarchy and relationships.

Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across the different business units, working with them to ensure services can be delivered to meet the business needs.

Inputs into and tracks the risk profile associated with the product and service throughout the transition.

Serve as the public face of team to project stakeholders and communicates team status.

Facilitates requirements modeling sessions.

Educates stakeholders in the development process.

Translate customer requirements into formal agreements and plans, Negotiates scope, funding, and schedule.

Completes other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience with a Master's degree or advanced training in information technology.

Minimum of Twelve (12) years of experience with Five of the years' experience in technology consulting

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Experienced with MS Office including Excel Highly organized, attention to detail.

Ability to employ problem solving techniques to unique situations.

Ability to use information technology to solve business problems.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

Prior experience in a management consulting or business advisory position.

Strong data analysis, program evaluation and critical thinking skills.

Excellent presentation and written communication skills.

Methodology Skills; experience with at least one process improvement methodology such as Agile Business Analysis, Six Sigma, Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), Rational Unified Process, etc.

Ability to conduct joint application design (JAD'' sessions and/or requirements workshops).

Very strong in one-on-one communications, small and large groups.

Ability to create visual models, such as work-flow diagrams or wireframe prototypes for use cases, business process models, and decision models.

ServiceNow experience

Desired Skills:

·

Proficiency in the use and back-end processes for the implementation of the ServiceNow platform; experience in adapting for enterprise implementation across a large agency.

Travel Requirements:

·

Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Level of Responsibility:

Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Reporting Chain:

·

This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions’ assigned Task Order Lead.

Level of Supervision Required:

The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available.The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

·

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.

·

Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.

·

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
