Guardian Bandsaw is the US subsidiary of New Zealand based KANDO Innovation. We design and manufacture the world’s safest vision-based bandsaw equipment systems to reduce the most serious injuries at meat + industrial processing plants. Our equipment is used by the largest global meat processors in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Since the installation of our first bandsaw in North America in 2017, Guardian has expanded rapidly and opened a branch in Omaha 2 years ago. Due to this expansion, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team to grow service and consumable parts revenue, increase customer satisfaction with Guardian Bandsaw, and provide leads to the product sales team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a role with continual growth and with a team across North America and New Zealand who values their employees. The Role: Utilize HubSpot and champion HubSpot to track sales and opportunities. Prospect new business for maintenance and consumable parts revenue. Ensure that customer emails are answered in a timely manner and with correct information. Answer calls that come through to the office phone and assist with customer questions/concerns. Communicate new product opportunities to the Director of Sales. Attend trade shows as needed. The ideal candidate: Excellent sales and closing skills. Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills both written and verbal. A people person with a positive cheerful “KANDO” attitude. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers. Meticulous attention to detail. Have a desire to learn about the business and grow with the team in Omaha. Take pride in their work and working for Guardian.
