BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist opportunity in Dallas, TX

Position Title: Operations Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 months

Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, ONSITE

Pay Range: $22.28/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Account management, operations support, remediation, checks, banking operations experience is required

Job Description

  • This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the creation, onboarding and maintenance of accounts, according to the established guidelines and procedures.
  • Key responsibilities include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients and assisting in training for less experienced team members.
  • Job expectations include operating with a moderate level of independence and referring to their team lead or manager for direction and support with moderately complex issues and escalations.
