Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the Intake team within Verbal Beginnings. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, utilizing Salesforce for CRM management, and improving sales processes. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, hands-on management, and team leadership to achieve business objectives and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  1. Assist with Sales Strategy and Execution:
    1. Support with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    2. Assist with the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the ABA market.
    3. Aids in market analysis of trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    2. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    3. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
  3. Salesforce Management:
    1. Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data effectively.
    2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in Salesforce.
    3. Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Process Improvement:
    1. Develop and implement standardized sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    2. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
    3. Train and support other members of the sales, marketing and intake teams in following established processes and using Salesforce effectively.
  5. Team Leadership:
    1. Motivates the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
    2. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    3. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.


Qualifications:

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the healthcare or ABA industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience in managing CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
