The HR Benefits Administrator II will be responsible for benefits administration for the UniTek Global family of companies as well as the point of contact for employee benefit-related issues and questions.

Benefit Duties:

Responsible for Company Benefits administration and programs

  • Leave of absence administration process
  • Benefit invoicing reconciliation and reviewing and subsequently revising all discrepancies
  • Informs and advises employees on benefits matters regarding eligibility, coverage, and provisions
  • Compiles and maintains benefits records and documentation
  • Assist HR Director with benefits design and vendor management
  • Informs and advises employees on benefits matters regarding eligibility, coverage and provisions.
  • Compiles and maintains benefits records and documentation
  • May assist with special projects within the benefits area as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language is required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Ability to commute and work in the office
  • Ability to travel as required (25%)
  • Valid Driver's License
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • 3-5 years of benefits administration for a large company (500 + employees) required
  • Experience with self-funded health insurance plans and programs
  • Experience with re-insurance/stop-loss plans
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Ability to work in the office full time
