This is an individual contributor position with high visibility and critical path deliverables. Responsibilities and Deliverables: • Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet accounting reconciliations • Maintain fixed asset register and physical asset tagging • Maintain inventory standard costs and provide cost analysis to support operations and sales • Manage credit card (P-Card) program • Assist in preparation for internal and external audits • Oversee internal controls implementation and compliance • Assist in implementation of ERP system • Provide back-up support to human resources for payroll processing • Provide back-up support to human resources for benefits enrollment

Skills Required: • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (preferably QuickBooks) • Outstanding communication and analytical skills, good data analysis and management skills • Able to work within a schedule driven environment.
