Job Title: Platform Program Management Consultant (English+Spanish-Speaking Program Manager) Job Type: Contract (3-6 months) Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both languages, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, initiate, and oversee projects, ensuring that goals are met on time and within budget. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors, coordinating efforts in both English and Spanish-speaking regions. Bilingual Communication: Act as a liaison between Spanish-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking teams, translating and facilitating communication where necessary. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and adherence to project goals. Reporting & Documentation: Generate progress reports, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and ensure that all project documentation is maintained in both English and Spanish. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Spanish-speaking regions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability across all projects. Key Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in an international setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Proficiency with project management software tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in different time zones. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus. Google Cloud preferred awareness or experience preferred (other cloud ok as well). SAP experience and familiarity preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience managing projects in Spanish-speaking regions or with Spanish-speaking clients. Experience in industry-specific programs (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare, etc.). Proven ability to handle conflict resolution and manage diverse teams across multiple cultures.
