Boyne Capital is a Miami, FL-based Private Equity firm that seeks to forge lasting and collaborative relationships with companies whose founders and families are still deeply involved in growing their businesses. Boyne partnered with existing management to recapitalize ASAP in June 2018.

Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer [CFO] is a key partner to the executive leadership team as well as the Board of Directors in the execution of the companys strategic growth and achievement of financial goals. We are seeking a highly driven professional to refine and improve the finance/accounting infrastructure, implement operational and financial KPIs, take a direct approach in assisting the CEO with managing daily operations, and collaborate with the functional leaders on developing and executing strategic objectives to position the company for a successful exit.

Responsibilities Act as a key liaison for private equity sponsor Partner with the CEO on identifying trends, margins, and cost analysis to support proactive decision-making Ensure that weekly flash/KPI dashboard is accurately updated Manage the finance and accounting function for the business Establish/enhance financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems Manage the accounting team and oversee the monthly closing process Drive ERP enhancement and integration across platforms Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual capital and operating budget process in collaboration with other members of the executive team Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial reports to the Board Lead external audits Manage key third-party relationships Manage HR (payroll and health insurance) and IT functions Manage P&C and other insurance programs

Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting 3+ years of audit at a national public accounting firm is required 3+ years as a controller/similar min the lower middle market Willing/able to be on-site in Houma, LA

Preferred Manufacturing accounting and job-costing/WIP accounting experience Experience with shop management ERPs Multi-location/state financial consolidation Prior experience in a private equity sponsored environment/M&A CPA
