The Industrial Asset Management Council is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to oversee the operations of the Houma-Terrebonne Airport (HUM) and spearhead its economic growth.

Reporting directly to the Board Chair, the CEO will be instrumental in strategizing, coordinating, and managing activities related to the airport's functionality.

This role demands a visionary leader capable of collaborating with stakeholders, tenants, and regulatory bodies to guarantee the airport's advancement in integrating electric and hybrid-powered Advanced Air Mobility and pioneering autonomous cargo operations into expansive airspace. Building strong relationships with local, municipal, and state business leaders is essential.


Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline.
A decade of experience in airport or aviation operations, with at least five years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) or NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) certification or a commitment to achieve this post-hire.

Preferred Qualifications, Certifications, and Licenses:
Commercial Pilot Certificate or higher (not mandatory).
Graduate of a recognized test pilot school with Experimental/Developmental experience (not mandatory).
Training and experience in Safety Management Systems.
FAA Part 107 Commercial UAS Operator Certificate or a commitment to obtain.
FAA Class II Medical Certificate or the ability to acquire (not mandatory).
Pilot in Command during operational or business-related missions (not mandatory).
