Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with Home Owner's Associations, insurance brokers, maintenance companies, and real estate agents to drive sales of 40-Year certifications. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our certifications. Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. Direct experience working with Home Owner's Associations is a must. Strong networking skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Resilience in the face of rejection and a positive attitude towards challenges. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, with relevant experience considered.

Compensation:

Base Salary:

Competitive base salary provided. Commission Structure:

Generous commission on every sale, with deals averaging 20k to 70k. Draw Against Commission:

Receive a draw against commission ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, allowing early income while building your sales pipeline. Commission Rate:

Earn a competitive 10% commission on all sales, with a 50% payback rate on your draw, enabling early commission earnings before reaching the $65,000 mark.
