Tech Profile/Required Skills Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator / Developer Salesforce Experience Cloud Administrator / Developer Salesforce Einstein and Analytics Copado Administrator Preferred Skills and Experience Hands-On experience of working 5+ years on Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience cloud administration or development. Handling incidents, change requests, service requests and driving TRT (Technical Recovery Team) calls. Strong problem solving skills on these platforms Minimum knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to communicate optimally in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written. Ability to lead own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision.
