Responsibilities: The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for supporting customer registration for the departments programs. Candidates will receive 30-35 calls per day but respond to 75-125 emails per day. The emails are received via a ticketing system called Zendesk, and each box is supported by 3 Enrollment Coordinators. The goals is to respond to all emails by end of each day. Enrollment Coordinator will education on programs, refer calls to the appropriate member, provide information, troubleshoot systems, diffuse conflicts, and support customers with any other inquiries that come in.

Performance Measurements:

o Timeliness in response to customer inquiries (via phone and email)

o Clearing email box at the end of each day

Qualifications:

o 2+ years experience with customer service (administrative support preferred, but open to call center) required

o Professionalism, ability to multi-task, and being detail-oriented required

o Advanced communication skills (both oral and especially written) required

o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p

Pay Rate: $24-27.40/hour

Length of Assignment: 3-month contract with the opportunity to apply/interview for permanent vacancies. However, no permanent vacancy currently exists so candidates must be locked down on this being strictly a 3-month assignment.
