Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Description

The Staff Accountant will be the primary accounting support for our manufacturing facility, playing a critical role in leading the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic support processes. Reporting directly to the Controller, this position involves managing day-to-day and year-end operations of the Accounting/Finance Department, performing account analyses and reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and budget performance reports. The role also includes maintaining general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, supporting accounts payable activities, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documents and timely invoice processing. Additionally, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of cash flows, monthly bank settlements, and maintaining project costing.
