Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing your expertise and skills to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive steps to prevent or mitigate them.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians, while monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- 1 year of experience in an ICU setting, with a strong focus on critical care and patient safety.
- Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
