RecDesk is looking for a Full-Time Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. RecDesk is the fastest growing independent company in the recreation software space and looking to expand our reach across the US & Canada. The right candidate will be energetic, hardworking as well as an enthusiastic team player who is also comfortable working independently. In this senior sales position, the ideal candidate will be an energetic, hardworking, team-focused individual who is comfortable with and has proven success managing and growing their own territory. A creative entrepreneurial mindset will be a big plus.

Job Duties Include Establish relationships and build rapport with qualified leads Cultivate and nurture new leads through phone calls, email and other established methods Conduct Online demo of our RecDesk Director software solution Develop sales proposals Continually follow up on leads and close sales Increase RecDesk market share by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing business Maintain a solid understanding of the RecDesk technical platform Must have the ability to learn and adjust quickly Some travel to annual state-based Parks & Recreation Conferences required

Preferred Qualifications Strong relationship building skills Ability to Find and Qualify leads Comfortable with virtual as well as in-person software demonstrations History of success closing deals History of building a territory Passion for SAAS and Cloud-Based technology Ability to travel to Parks and Recreation Conference (required) Strong interest in the Parks and Recreation Field is a plus Government selling background is a plus Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in business related discipline A positive attitude, willingness to learn and unafraid to reap the benefits of hard work
