RallyX is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a Senior Staff Accountant role. This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the accounting operations across our various business sectors, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. We are looking for a forward-looking professional who shares our commitment to excellence and aligns with our values. What You’ll Do

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Coordinate and assist with the budget process, forecasting, and financial planning. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and reviews. Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions. What You Need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred. 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role. Why RallyX?
