Midas Hospitality is seeking an Area Food and Beverage Manager to join our team overseeing and mentoring our Food and Beverage Operation. This position will be in charge of managing the restaurant and all other food and beverage outlets. The Director of Food & Beverage will provide quality service in order to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed financial goals.

This position will spend approximately 60% of their time traveling.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Hire, train, coach and counsel employees.
  • Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline and terminations.
  • Follow all brand standards and programs while managing the operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations as well as federal, state and local regulations.
  • Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
  • Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have experience in a hotel restaurant and hotel banquet setting
  • Management experience required
