The intense growth and tremendous financial forecast we are experiencing at HHS Technology Group can largely be attributed to our successes on these initiatives and having strong performance accelerating state government technical solutions.Responsibilities:Process large amounts of Data Entry enrollment applicationsAssess provider?COs requirements, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternativesAs the need arises, manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to Medicaid provider enrollment inquiriesDocument all provider enrollment inquiries in the call center and/or provider enrollment databaseThis project is focused currently on reviewing Provider entries in the database (per SD Medicaid Policy), updating the records between the provider portal and the claims processing system with focus on accuracy to ensure effective transfer into the HHS DYP system.Must have a focus on analytical thinking, production and Medicaid policy experience.This is a contract positionMinimum Requirements:At least 2 years of previous experience in a customer service support role and/or data entry role surrounding medical billing or medical credentialing or healthcare insurance industry.Prior experience handling Medicaid related calls is desiredAbility to work in our onsite office in Cheyenne, WYPreferred Requirements:2+ years of previous experience in a customer service or support role handling inbound and/or outbound phone calls as well as email inquiriesExperience screening, tracking, and processing Medicaid, health insurance, medical billing, or medical credentialingPrior experience working in a Healthcare setting and/or Medicaid State Agency, medical doctor physician office, or Medical Provider Credentialing ExperienceDesired skills:Data Entry ExperienceBasic Computer SkillsStrong Communication SkillsStrong Multi-tasking SkillsCall Center Experience PreferredMedical Office Experience PreferredHHS Tech Group employees enjoy a very comprehensive and competitive benefit package:?Co Fully paid dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance.?Co Generous 401k matching program fully vested from beginning.?Co Generously sponsored Medical Insurance through Cigna (PPO or HSA ?Co with company match)#J-18808-Ljbffr
