This National Guard position is for a
MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number
PDT5902100 and is part of the
WY 153rd Maintenance Operations Flight, Wyoming National Guard.


This position is in the Excepted Service "under the authority of Title V, P.L , and Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)".

Duties

The primary purpose of this position is to evaluate and manage the 153d Airlift Wing's Aviation Petroleum, Oil & Lubrication (AVPOL) program; serves as the Wing Refueling Document Control Officer; manages all aspects of the Unit's Flying Hour Program funds; and provides support to the supply functions within the Group.

Formulates and consolidates budget inputs, trend analysis, and execution evaluations of all Maintenance Group funding requirements.


Requires an understanding of basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long range planning of programs and objectives.

It requires knowledge of analytical and evaluative techniques to conduct analysis and studies; knowledge of administrative regulations and operating procedures; and knowledge of management principles and organizational theory, techniques, procedures, and regulations.
