The Senior Client Service Executive (CSE) is a critical role that will support the implementation, support and maintenance of existing cloud-based big data analytic solutions for MedeAnalytics health care provider and commissioner clients. This individual should be a self starter that will collaborate with fellow analysts, account managers, project managers, product owners and engineering / QA as needed to support the full life cycle of analytic solution development. To be successful in this role this candidate must have in depth experience with Medicaid/Medicare data who is experienced in a client facing role with a consultative and analytical background. We are looking for someone that has an outgoing personality, a customer first mindset and drive to be an advocate for their clients.

This position is located in the state of Mississippi and requires in person client meetings in Jackson, MS at least once per month.

  • Conduct and lead client-facing requirements gathering sessions and document detailed client business requirements for health care provider and health plan business intelligence / analytic applications
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the standard client use cases for MedeAnalytics products and apply that knowledge to client-specific requirements, providing consultative support to guide the client through implementation project requests and personalization's to achieve their business objectives. Collaborate with project team members (Account managers, engineers and quality analysts) to manage the execution of project deliverables to achieve an on-time go-live with high client satisfaction KPIs.
  • Conduct through investigations of bugs and issues. Create high quality tickets with thorough and in-depth acceptance criteria.
  • Document and disseminate both internal documentation as well as client-facing and business-appropriate reference materials that reflect the detailed configuration of client-specific MedeAnalytics solutions.
  • Plan and facilitate requirement review meetings with various level of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria for client specific requirements.
Essential Skills, Experience and Education
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of client-facing consulting experience, with extensive expertise in Medicaid/Medicare data required.
  • Must have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry .
  • In depth experience with Medicaid/Medicare data required. Have a working knowledge of claim and eligibility adjudication processes for Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries.
  • Must have experience working in the healthcare industry - health care data and/or healthcare software, worked in a health plan or provider setting, or with a consulting firm.
  • Experience with software implementations, support and methodology.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other ticket based systems.
  • General understanding of the healthcare industry and knowledge of health care terminology e.g. ACGs, diagnosis, procedure codes, accounts, transactions, etc.
  • Understand influencing factors such as social risk, age, gender, race, and ethnicity on overall health outcomes and health equity concepts.
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced utilizaer of all Microsoft Suite products
  • Intermediate knowledge of Agile Methodology

Additional Information:

MedeAnalytics believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $90-100k USD. Please note that actual compensations for all roles may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, relevant work experience, professional achievements/qualifications, skill level, business need, location and will be finalized at the time of offer.
