We are looking for a friendly, dependable, organized, detail oriented, articulate, and (preferably) experienced individual to join our team as a Full-Time P&C Insurance Client Service Manager / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Provide high quality service to our personal and commercial clients.
Assist agency producers with administrative duties before, during, and after sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Assist with renewal quoting for personal and commercial lines.
Help clients navigate the claims process.
Play a vital role in retention by monitoring pending cancellations and helping clients stay with us.
Delegate call-in requests to the appropriate team member.
Help agency owners with day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
Be a problem solver
Be knowledgeable enough about insurance to catch potential E&O issues before they happen.
Property & Casualty license is required. Applicants with all other required skills and experience may be licensed after hiring.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn. Be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
