You will also be tasked with generating new referrals to drive growth and enhance the reach of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Identify and establish accounts with businesses, healthcare facilities, and hospitals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to promote Harmony Care MS services.
  • Market Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of Harmony Care MS’s employer health services. Conduct presentations, provide informational materials, and demonstrate how our services can meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Referral Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new referrals. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our referral network and increase the client base.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional service and support to existing and potential clients. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction with our services.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and closing sales. Track and report on sales activities and outcomes regularly.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights and feedback to the team to support business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or medical services industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
    • Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
